By accessing or using CoreGrid's enterprise resource planning platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use of Service

License Grant

You are responsible for all activities under your account

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Some features of the Service require payment of subscription fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Billing

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CoreGrid and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREGRID DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COREGRID BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
